If you enjoy a beverage every now and then, keep your cash out of the casino if you plan to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Leave your purse, your money belt, and leave all cash, charge cards and chequebooks at home. Only take whatever cash you expect to use on refreshments, tips and only the pocket change you intend to lose and keep the rest behind.

Pessimistic? Not really. Just realistic. You can have a profit after a boozy evening out with your comrades and be blessed sufficiently to hit a long toss at a hot craps table. Hang on to that story considering that it’s as brief as it gets if you continuously drink alcohol and bet. These activities simply do not mix.

Keeping your money back at the hotel is a bit dramatic, but defensive measures for excessive actions is compulsory. If you play to win, then do not drink alcohol and bet. If you like to be wasteful with your $$$$ without a concern, then consume all the free beer your stomach are able to handle, but don’t take plastic credit and checkbooks to throw into the mix of chasing squanderings after your dead drunk self squanders every little thing!

Allow me to take this a single step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then head on the internet to play in your favorite casino either. I enjoy a drink from the coziness of my abode, however considering that I am linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit at my fingertips, I can’t drink alcohol and wager.

Why? Despite the fact that I don’t drink to excess, when I consume alcohol, it’s definitely enough to cloud my common sense. I bet, so I do not drink when gambling. If you are a drinker, don’t wager at the same time. Both make for a ferocious, and costly, cocktail.
